Mother in the Wild — a place where care, love, and presence meet play.
Through storytelling, compassionate communication, nervous system regulation and nature immersion, Trinati helps children, families, and educators find calm, connection, and joy during daily living.

This Mother in the Wild is guided by her philosophy both simple and profound: that growth and meaningful connection arise from curiosity, consciousness, authenticity, empathy, and stewardship.

Her personal practices as a mother and a teacher are deeply rooted in the power of nature as well as the power of love, weaving together consciousness embodied and a reverence for Life.

These guiding principles form the bedrock of her programs, which are crafted to nurture the hearts and minds of children and their caregivers.

• Child in the Wild — a range of educational offerings rooted in play, empathy and the environment that children ages 3-12 can participate in. Currently based in Montreal, Canada.

• Storytime with Tula Jane and her Mother in the Wild — a top-rated podcast co-created with her daughter, inspiring storytime over screentime.

• Prana + Play Practice and Trainings — playful, practical executive functioning practices for children, plus training for educators, yoga instructors, school staff, parents, and caregivers. By tuning into the breath—our pranic energy—Trinati offers fun, accessible tools to regulate the nervous system, navigate big emotions, and harmonize the dynamic energies of homes and classrooms. She currently teaches in-studio at Morpho Bleu as well as 1:1 with children and pre-teens.
